You and Your Kids’ Education

Remember how we told you It’s All About You? And a big part of you is your kids and their education. You can’t leave it up to their mom, their teachers or their grandparents. You’ve got to be involved.

We’re not here as social workers or family therapists. We really can’t tell you what to do with your kids and their education.  As friends we can remind you that your life is more than the job. We can plant an awareness in your head and hope it grows.

If at this point, you’re not up to what’s going on with your kids’ education, here’s an idea. Consider this idea like a spark descending on a dry pile of kindling. Spend a little time reading up on what’s going on in the world of education. There’s a good chance when you sink your teeth into this an interest will begin. You’ll slowly start to see how what you’re reading pertains to your kids. Once you get a toehold you’ll want more. Go with it.
