Drugs and Drinking Can Kill You
“Bob was killed last night.”
I was in the office early one Saturday morning when the company’s owner called, barely able to get these words out of his mouth. Drugs and alcohol were involved. Something began to claw its way out of my guts as I tried to make sense of what I’d just heard. My first thought was of Bob’s wife and two young children. My second thought was the gruesome manner in which Bob was killed. He was thrown from his truck and ended up underneath it. They should have had a closed casket ceremony at his funeral.

I saw Bob’s wife and kids the morning after he was killed. It was one of the most gut-wretching things I’ve ever witnessed.
Do You Drink Enough Water?
Dehydration occurs when your body eliminates more fluid than it takes in. An average adult loses more than ten cups of water a day. There’s nothing average about a hard working technician, especially in hot and humid climates.
